Sports physicals will be administered by Community Hospital Fairfax, and this will be open to all students planning to participate in JH/HS sports during the 2023-2024 school year. Physicals will be $25, and payment will be due before a physical can be administered. Please make checks payable to Community Hospital Fairfax.
