Last week, our Elementary Rocket Crews reviewed our second habit, Begin With The End In Mind. These future graduates thought about what they want to do after graduation and how they could work toward that goal even today! We made graduation caps with our goal and action step!

Reminder: West Nodaway will be hosting the 2019 Volleyball Banquet this coming Friday, beginning at 5:00 PM. The Junior and Senior High School Fall Co-op Sports Banquet will follow at 6:30 PM. Junior high parents are asked to please provide a dessert, and high school parents are asked to provide a side dish. Families of all West Nodaway and North-West Nodaway fall athletes are invited to attend.
Basketball open gym is each Sunday evening at 6:00 pm in the main gym. The gym is open for any student in our district wanting to work on their skills and play up and down.

The 5th grade had a special visitor today! Maddie’s great-grandma read a book to the class & joined us for lunch. 📖💙🚀

Congratulations and good luck to the following cross-country runners who will be attending the state competition this weekend: Tyler Blay, Duke Ingraham, and Preston Bateman. On Friday, West Nodaway will be hosting a send-off for these athletes at 9:45 AM. All staff and students will line the hallways and see them off!
