Monday, Sept. 28th: JH/JV football vs South Holt/Nodaway Holt at Hopkins; 5:00 pm start time. Cross country at Rock Port; 5:15 pm race time.
Tuesday, Sept. 29th: JH/HS volleyball vs Mound City at Home; 5:00 pm start time.
Wednesday, Sept. 30th: Community Pep Rally/ Jersey Auction at the football field at 6:00 pm. Bonfire courtesy of the booster club will follow the event.
Thursday, Oct. 1st: JH/HS volleyball at Rock Port; 5:00 pm start time. Cross country travel to Shenandoah, Iowa; race time 6:10 pm.
Friday, Oct. 2nd: (Homecoming) Varsity football vs Dekalb at Hopkins; 7:00 pm start time. Coronation following the game.
Saturday Oct. 3rd: 275 JH Volleyball Tournament at Rock Port. First game at 9:00 a.m vs Union Star. Cross Country travel to Bishop Leblond; Race time 9:30 a.m.

Kindergarten celebrated Johnny Appleseed’s birthday with making applesauce, counting apples, apple volcanoes, and a surprise visit from Johnny Appleseed himself !! What a great day.

4th graders played the part of early settlement colonists and had to decide what they needed to build to survive. What do we catch food with, collect water, shelter???
Preschool had fun with some apple activities today. They had an apple tasting, painted with apples and counted with apples.

WN FFA Corn Yield Contest! Drop off your biggest ear for the Plant Science class to calculate yield by September 30th! Along with the ear we need name, phone number, and plant population. Winner receives a 20 ounce FFA tumbler!
